Yes they fought at Wrestlemania XX at Madison Square Garden. The match was a total disaster because the fans grew restless chanting "This match sucks". Since Lesnar was leaving for the NFL, the crowd turned on him by also chanting "You sold out". Goldberg was also leaving WWE as well. Thanks to the IWC, the fans knew what was going to happen after the match so the Kayfabe was non-existent. Stone Cold Steve Austin was the special guest referee (enforcer). Lesnar lost the match but he clearly jobbed to Goldberg that night.
The match was a total bomb after all the hype it recieved. The wrestling fans in New York are smarter than your typical wrestling fan.

Goldberg defeated Brock Lesnar (w/Steve Austin as special guest referee)
Goldberg pinned Lesnar after a Spear and Jackhammer.
After the match, both men received Stone Cold Stunners from Austin.

Stone Cold Steve Austin.
It was supposed to be Clash of the Titans.
It was Their Final match too... They were booed by the crowd and in the end Austin sent them off with a good ol Stone Cold Stunner and 1-fingered salute.

Yes at Wrestle Mania XX. goldberg won the match, but after that night both goldberg and lesnar never made any wrestling appearance.

Yes , they did wrestle each other at Wrestlemania 20. It was a match no one was interested in, as both superstars were wrestling thier last match. Pretty much everyone in the building was chanting "boring" during the match. I believe the match was set up after Goldberg caused Lesnar to lose the WWE title to Eddie Guerrero.
