Revenge is very bitter, and sweet only for a fraction of the time.
It's better to go to bed angry. That way you can get your frustrations out there in dreamland, and wake up refreshed and less vengeful.

I have my own rule. The next day everything is forgotten and I just carry on. It is better to go to bed angry then to "lash out". I agree some don't have a sense of humor. But plenty do thankfully.

I think it a lot of Truth in that old saying, Just think when you get ready to go to bed and you say to yourself tomorrow i will have to get up and go to the store, when you wake up that's the first thing on your mine because you when to bed with that through, So if you are angry with someone and you go to sleep angry with that someone guess what you will still be angry with them when you wake up.only it will be more intense.

yeah, basically. you know calm your emotions down first. make a choice to forgive even if you can't get everything worked out right away. it's so you don't build up a bitter attitude and you get rid of your bad feelings from day to day. it doesn't always mean solving the whole problem. no one would get any sleep. it helps a lot.

No I dont think it is ture.
It often helps me if I sleep on it and deal with the problem the next day. I have a fresh perspective
