Or course I would be upset! Who wouldn't? That would put ones whole life in question. Did he/she really want to be there? Did he/she want kids? Am I the reason he/she stayed? Am I the reason he/she married someone of the opposite sex, solely for the purpose of carrying on his name? ETC. So many questions.

No, I woldn't be upset. I'd be happy they no longer feel they have to live a lie. Being gay is not a choice, its something you are born with. Most of the rest of the wold accepts this as fact, yet in America, they want to pretend that its something one chooses. Science proves there are genetic factors to this, and this behavior has been observed in animal kingdom as well. The truth is, as long as there has been homo sapien, there has been homosexuals.
Everyone who clamis the bible is aginst gays really need to go back and read it in orginal language, or an accurate translations. The truth is, things were edited later, and things get lost in translation. I can give specific examples if you need me to, but this site proves many want to remain blind in their ignorance.

No. I'd be surprised, but happy for them that they finally came out of the closet. And I'd understand why my parents' marriage has always been miserable.
