if you using windows xp or later then you have the system restore functionality and goto 1 below

dont bother

hit startmenu > control panel > system
click the system restore tab to see if the check box next to "turn off system restore" is checked
if it is checked then uncheck it to enable system restore
hit startmenu > control panel > Administrative Tools > services
see if System Restore Service has been disabled or stopped
double click it and set the startup type to automatic
then restart your PC

Your CPU should have come with a restore disk. If not, download one from someone else's computer and burn a copy for yourself.

u can burn it from some else compt. r download it from windows update r find it online and download it.
