I gotta go with Mr. Hat. Miss him dearly. Although I do find the sex change of "Mr. Garrison" pretty funny. It has generated a few good jokes within the new episodes, like the recent athiest one.

I'm not going to lie, we had some good times with Mr. Hat. Then, when Mr. Twig came along it was like WTF?! Mr. Garrison has truly lost his mind! And that was worth some laughs. Of course I still say Jethus Chritht ALL THE TIME and it makes me laugh every time (thanks Mr. Slave). Then that episode a while back where Mrs. Garrison is getting it from behind and yelling "Yeah, I'm a little monkey! Give it to me! Give it to this little monkey!" was maybe one of the funniest scenes ever. I'm going to have to go with the original thought and go with Mr. Hat, we just had so many laughs together. Yeah, that's my final answer. :-)
