because i make a lousey employee even though i am a very hard and diligant worker i am too bossy and at home i am my own boss and my hard work pays off.

it depends on the work profile.
i am a dba, so i need to be ready to face any chanllenges comign form a database .
if any qqueries are there, then i should be ready to respond
so i need to be working form home many times..

it all depends on the work u do

because you your own boss,make your own hours and convenience,and good money,
