Well, Bush hasn't made any laws about birth control but he makes it as hard to get as possible. A lot of research in the NIH (national institute health) has been stopped since way back in 2000 because he appointed conservative people in charge of everything. Something off the radar like this is where politicians will show their dirtier sides. This is a mix of state and religion because the state can't tell science to do or not to do things because of religion. It's quite difficult to do research funded by the fed. government on any form of birth control. This is the same guy that celebrated the 300million mark even though he's probably been informed that aquifers are running out. If you can prove that there will be plenty of water for 9billion people in 2050, then you have some merit in touting this campaign against contraception- which is a breech of religion and state. Otherwise, let women keep their ova in their ovaries more often so that millions more people don't die of starvation/no water. What if this admin. used their energy to feed the hungry instead of worrying so much about what happens with womens' eggs?

Your question doesn't really make any sense. I think the only stand Bush has made on contraception is to stop partial birth abortions. Abortions however are not justified as a form of birth control.

Birth control is only allowed when it is not immoral, illegal and against public order.
