All the four are having scope in the next few years. mechanical engineering a little lesser to others. What is more important is the branch of engineering,. you like most and will make a mark by adjudging yourself as the best in that discipline. This will automatically ensure your job opportunities.

depends on what your passion is. You can graduate with either degree but if you have no drive or motive to use what you learned in school, you may find it difficult to even get considered for an interview. I used to major in software engineering, but ironically, I switched to mechanical engineering, because it was more hands on and the stuff they teach in ME is more practical. They are both pretty hard majors. The software industry is good. You just have to be good at what you do. Mechanical engineers on the other hand can get into almost any industry they want to after college.

Just get yourself in to school for now and figure out which on you would like to do for the next 30 or so years. Switching majors a year in should not affect your completion date.
