Go to "START", go to "Turn off computer", go to "Turn off". Go do something fun in real life!!! It's much more rewarding!

Actually, I'd go the other way. If I were you, I'd try to get 5,000 points in 72 hours. That would cure your "addiction" real quick, I'm telling ya.

to Y!A? Cold turkey! Just stop getting on it! And if you are on the internet and find yourself wanting to look at it just get off the computer.
