i want to know about mother board bus speed, cpu frequency setting and its others component like vga and on bord network card.

well for a computer builder here is your answer to this question
first it depends on what CPU your looking at Intel or AMD

My personel option is the MSI motherborad that is the only one I'll ever use in my systems they make motherboards for both CPU Intel and AMD I would go for the
MSI Platinum K9N
AMD 64X2 3800mhz
also 512 meg ram
Nvidia Graphics card with at least 128 meg of ram

one of the problems with onboard graphic is it uses your ram there by cutting down on your memory usage for other programs and windows,
To save money get Novell Suse Linux 10.2 it is an excelent windows opperating system. comes with over 1000 software packages including Office Software cd/dvd writer, games music, video/photo editing software just to name a few, all for $59.99

if you go for windows all you get is windows you will have to pay for all the other software you will need;

depending on your preference the gigafast and gigabyte boards are great but with the new core duo and a Intel chip-set are much faster and reliable they have sata 2 and ddr2 something the amd boards do not

ASUS or GIGABYTE mainboards based on AMD CPUs and nVidia nForce4 Ultra chipsets
939 and AM2 socket are the best

Any intel based motherbord and processor is best.but if you still want a boost for ur computer then I recommentd Intel 915GV chipset and 3.0GHz processor. this some costly but help you lot
