a relationship needs contact to grow and evolve.
how is that gonna happen if youre far away?
over email and telephone?

Long distance relationship is possible but the only problem is that it can be really hard

I think they only last if you have an end in sight ie. you know when you'll finally be together for real. I'd never do it unless I was in a proper relationship with someone and then they moved away, and even then, only if I knew we'd be together again reasonably soon.

Mine was long distance and now we are married, you really need to be patient and have a very good communication with your girlfriend/boyfried.

No I don't because you don't know what that person is doing and like wise they don't know what you are doing,you know things happen sometime that just can't be helped and no matter how hard you try to make it work you have to be together.
