ok, you want to track someone or you want to hide your track?
if you want to hide your track........then use Ccleaner.
if you want to track someone, then use a "keylogger" it will track every key typed and all websites visited along with passwords.

history, temp files (right click on "start" and go to "explore"), also you can purchase software that will record every key stroke and it won't be visible to anyone but you. I know there's one that uses a series of I think it's 3 keystrokes to bring up the program so whoever you're tracking won't know the program's even there. It's called "Keystroke Tracking" by Spectorsoft. Here's another trick. You can see what's been googled by going to google.com and putting "a" in the search bar and you'll see a list of every subject looked up under that letter. Just repeat for every letter of the alphabet. And if history hasn't been deleted you can click on the one your curious about and see which link was clicked on because it should be a different color than the rest. This only works in IE as far as I know.

History is the easist way to check, cookies and history can be deleted. To check the cookies go to C\ windows\ temporay internet files (somthing like that) . they should be in there, they will list where it is from and will open to a bit of a web site mostly adds.
