I know it says AT but that park doesn't appear to exist when yahoo'd so I guess its like a chain of parks

The sculpture is part of the large outdoor sculpture court at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido. You can email the museum with the picture or link and ask them to identify the specific sculpture.

The caption reads: Cami Mattson of San Diego North Convention & Visitors Bureau at the California Center for Performing Arts. I am only making an assumption by the wording, but AT usually means that is where a place or person is located. Just a thought.
