All alkanes burn to produce carbon dioxide and water. They all have hydrogen but not carbon and not all of them have at least two isomers only some do. There are more general molecular formulas then CnH2n+2. Hope this helps.•

"All alkanes exist as two or more isomers" is not true
e.g. methane,ethane and propane has no isomers

in think the last one...alkane is a hydrocarbon so i dont think it has nitrogen at all...but im not sur...hehe
