If your advisor is in the same department as this lecherous professor, speak to her.
If your instructor is in the same department as the professor, speak to her.
If they are both in the same department, see whichever of them is more highly ranked or has the most years in the department.
We women academics have developed, during our years of experience, ways of stopping men from harrassing women students. A female professor in the same department as the offending male will know the departmental politics, and will thus be aware of the best methods to stop this man from harassing students.
And unfortunately, any physical response in this case *could* be construed as assault, and jeopardize your education. A measured verbal response would be wiser. I suggest something like: "Your ogling and your come-ons are inappropriate. If they continue, I will file a complaint with the appropriate authorities."

you may get into trouble, it is an assault on the teacher. BUT the teacher has NO right what so ever to look at you inappropriately or come on to you. You must tell someone who works in the school, and they will get the ball rolling. Under no circumstances what so ever they cannot do anything to anyone.

Be assertive rather than aggressive. Tell him that he is making you uncomfortable. If he continues, he will be sexually harassing you, which is against the law. Allow the university to deal with him. You could get in trouble if you use aggression to counter his actions.

yuck! do not sleep with him!
if you feel uncomfortable, look at him funny.. in a way that he knows your not comfortable with the way he 'eyes' you. if it persists, definately say something about it to him.. in a nice way, but be direct! if it still continues, tell the dean! then you can slap him!! :)

It might be best if you just sleep with him and not say anything. Who knows there might be an "A" in it for ya?
