First of all, it's never all one or the other, but I'd go with the personality, because then people would be attracted to me based on my personality, and I like the kind of people better who are attracted to personality than those who are attracted to looks.
If I were choosing for my significant other, I'd choose the personality again, because looks are boring after awhile.
...What do you mean by "no" personality? Somebody who never talks? Somebody with no depth? A really bad personality?

it depends...
but i would choose the one with the great personality because the looks can be changed,, for example an ugly person can have a beauty make-over anytime..
and it is impossible to make over a person's personality..

Good looks can be easily faked. Have you ever went to bed with a really hot person then woke up to butt ugly? A good personality gets you farther in this world than looks. So I suppose a good personality.
