There is more than one reason. If there is a girl who had to be sexy all the time she may have low self esteem or is in need of attention all the time. A real woman knows when , where and what.
I have a younger cousin who has to be sexy all the time, I mean heels and all, all the time. I told her she may hava a problem at which point she got mad, but later admitted that she did after she broker her ankle at a Theme Park in her high heels and short skirt.
Not to mention most female don't really know what sexy is. They only mimic what they see on TV or in Magazines.
If you really know how to be sexy you can pull the same thing off in jeans and sweater that you can in a short skirt.
And when It's time to be sexy, It's time to be sexy not trashy the 2 are confused a lot. We are brought up in a sex sell world and some chics are just that (For Sale) but they don't even know it.

There's a fine line between sexy and trashy. Some girls know what sexy is and they accentuate their body without looking over exposed or like they'll get on their knees(if you know what I mean). Most girls like to look sexy becuz in turn we feel sexy. And we Like to dress sexy for our men too. On the other hand, are you talking about girls who wear stuff that has their @$$ and titis all over the place and have clothes that are too tight or short? Now that's just to get you to look and that also usually means their self esteem is low and need to be told their sexy by dudes to make them feel whole.

They wear sexy outfits to attract a guy and also go get attentions from the guys.....

because that's the image that society projects on them. girls get messages from the media that they have to wear sexy outfits in order to be attractive. it's actually kind of unfortunate.
