The Charmed house was in a movie I saw recently on Australian television, but I can't remember anything about it except the Charmed house! Can anyone list for me a couple of movies it's been featured in?

I know it was on Buffy and Angel. It was in Duce Bigalo Male Giglo. The street was used to film part of Micheal Jackson's video "Thriller".

It's in 1,000s of shows and movies. I'VE been looking for years on a legit sight that list them all. I don't know why it's not talked about more. The show "Bones" that set is in Gilmore girls, buffy, walking dead, charmed, ghost whisper, and millions of other shows and movies as well. Once you start paying attention Hollywood starts to look small.
