i hear new mexico is growing large, but me...i did a lot of research on this, it depends on if you want to raise children there, live single, start a life with a spouse....for me, as a single guy in his mid 20's, portland was the best spot, raising kids go with outside of detroit, grosse pointe to be exact, to start with a spouse, outside of any large western stated city is great
