Your speech should say what you'll do to make the school better. But please make sure it's realistic stuff. When I ran for school President a kid said something about ending the diabetes pandemic. Whatever!!!
PS- Always open a speech introducing yourself!!!

tell them what is wrong with your school...
" fellow classmates, have you noticed that our gym floor is buckling? and the ceiling in the cafeteria is falling? not only is this unsafe but it's shameful. we need to have a well kept school, a clean and healthy school. i will do that for you, together, we will fix our squeeky floor boards, and repair our damaged lunch place, so we can exercise our bodies and nourish our minds"..........something to that effect. find out what's wrong with the school that students actually care about and tell them how you'll fix it
