If it has to do with technique, go out and test to see which works better for you and follow that.
If it has to do strategy while playing the game, do what the coach tells you.
If you're unsure of who to listen to, do what you think is right.

Have your Dad talk to the coach. And, make both, your Dad and your coach, know what the problem is all about. In life, Mom and Dad are always right.
Have Dad talk to the coach and make it easier for everyone.

tough ? as a coccer coach and a dad for over 10 years... Here is what I suggest because I was guilty of it also... but the coach also listened to me... have a heart to heart with the coach and have them talk 2 your dad and explain why they are tasking u in that postion u are playing in.... try it if u need any advice please let me know.

well unless your dad is some soccer expert listen to the coach. or suggest your dads suggestion to the coach. you may have to live with your dad but your coach makes the plays so go listen to the coach or else you may end up screwing everyone else up by accident.

If you are on the field, I would do what your coach says...
If you can, bring it up to your dad that it makes it confusing to listen to 2 sets of instructions...Ask your dad if he can pass the comments on to your coach and leave it at that...
Coaches are coaches for a reason...
