I believe that you have a pretty good graphics card. What you might be experiencing is lag. If you don't have a high speed connection you'll have stop and go play when ever other players are nearby. Even a DSL connection might get laggy if you are on during a busy time of day or in crowded area. I suggest running around in very lonely place and see if it freezes at all.

I had that same problem, we addded more memory and now everything works great. But it might be the graphics card too...

u may need to get a faster vedio card, and more memory wouldn't hurt
