Well for one you had better find a way to restrain the walls, top, and bottom of the tank to keep them from seperating with the weight of the water. Allglass and perfecto do offer after market restraining system for tanks that are home made. It is 5 lbs for every gallon of water that is 9,000 lbs then you add in the weight of the stone or gravel your going to use that is supposed to be 2 lbs for every gallon that is another 3,600 lbs that is 12,600 lbs that is alot of weight to put onto a floor and on seams on a fish tank. You should really start thinking of having a welder start taking some measurements to build a custom retaining system for your tank.

Along with worrying about the strength of the adhesive used make sure it's deemed safe for your fish. There are many adhesives out there that shouldn't be used in this instance as they could poison your fish...if you're not sure what kind to get ask your local fish store.

WOW that's going to be big.

I just put a 55 gal back together. Its made of glass. I took all the "walls" apart and then one by one put then together with regular silicone sealant. You will defiantly need a way to reinforce all the walls together. I recommend many layers of silicone.

Sorry I cant be of more help!
