Nothing is wrong with you. Its a normal thing. I am assuming you a younger maybe in your teens, even if your not its ok. Our periods can change anytime over the smallest things such as a cold, stress, medications. They can change light to heavy flo and its all normal. I wouldnt worry about it unless you have very strong pains worse than normal cramps. If you want to be able to control your period I would try birth control pills. They make lighter periods and less painful cramps!! Every womans dream!!

Are your periods always right on schedule? Maybe your body is changing. Sometimes my period shifts around, but I am not taking any hormones to make me regular. You may want to give your DR a call and find out if you need to be tested for anemia. Also look around on WebMD, they may have some answers.

Well, your period could still be irregular. Also, a lot of stress can cause a change in your cycle and so can strenuous exercise. You should be just fine. To keep your cycle on track, my suggestion to you is to be put on birth control. For many it reduces cramps and it helps you keep track of your period easily.

Nothing is wrong with you. If you are still very young (under 20) your period may not be established yet. Don't worry about it unless it happens every month.

Your hormones might be changing right now... You might have hormonal imbalance due to stress, pressure, etc.

My suggestion is you should relax... eat right, sleep early. And lastly, consult a doctor.
