so that i can....
- be in control n charge of my life
- can study n concentrate on the text books/ n hw can i curb my wandering mind which dwells on past/ problems uncontrollably non stoppable n how can i push myself to create interest in studies...PL HELP I HV TO STUDY A LOT TO COMPLETE MY MBA, IT IS A Q OF MY LIFE N DEATH...
- hw can i b disciplined n more consistant in my efforts in life..i start any project with a bang but after taht i stop the activitiy in middle..i cannot keep myself encouraged/ charged up for long...n start feeling bore n depressed
- curb my freewill/ impulse/ lazyness/ procrastination
- get up early in the morning daily/ for my whole life- i m habitual late riser,though i woke up in time but cd not leaveBED
- hv control on my eating habits
- can come in the office on time/ i m habitual late comer/ cos i m lazy n procrastinate
- hw can i cultivate good habits especialy to go daily morning walks/ yoga/ prayers....
- i suffer from depression n boredom

What you need is some motivation. Sit back and think about what the reasons are for you getting your MBA. Also, sit back and think about living your life the way YOU want it. What makes you happy? what is it that you want from life that makes YOU want to get up in the morning and live your life! Every one has a purpose that fuels them, whether they realize it or nothing. Whats your's? Is it Inspiration or Kindness? If that is not the case, just find something that gets you excited. Like love, social activities, friends. good luck!

i recommend just taking it one step at a time.... for example do some homework until you get bored once that happens read a book or something. the idea is not to make it feel like a boring old job that you have to do. when this happens you get stressed easily and you will not want to continue. what i like to do is work on something like 5-10 min and say to myself.... im goin to take a 2 min break and get bak to work... it will help me relieve myself from what i am doing and let me relax so that i can refresh...... hope this helps :)

You have to empty yourself of yourself and get the 7 chakras flowing. Its like taking the 7 deadly sins and confronting them and how they affect your life and to what degree you have participated in any one of them or how you are touched by it. as you ponder these sins individually and cope with each in turn. your conscience will become clear of all guilt and despair you will find forgiveness In the one true God and you will forgive others that have hurt you and forgive yourself for the things that you cannot control but feel like you should have. Then and only then will you feel the flow of energy emulating from true love from God and His son Jesus Christ. you are now on the winning track.

You might have ADD Attention Deficite Disorder.
