I am trying to print, but the paper keeps going in only on one side. Then it stops going completley. I have looked to make sure that there is nothing in the way and everything is clean inside... It seems like the wheels on one side aren't working, but they are. So how do i fix it?

I even got my little bitty flash light out to find it, but I don't see anything. And yes all the wheels are in unison.

Try to feed one panel of a manilla folder into the printer. It should push out and pieces of stuck paper.

<>If all the wheels are turning, you have a paper jam, whether you can see it or not. There is probably a small, torn piece of paper in the feed path. You have to find it.

It sounds like the roller are not in unison on this.

Here's the kicker: it might be cheaper to get a new printer.
