15 + 85 = 100, the angles in a triangle add up to 180, so the third angle is 80 not a right angle.

The sum of the interior angles of a triangle is 180 degrees. A triangle has 3 vetices, 3 sides, therefore it has 3 angles. Now you are given 2 of the 3 angles, so add them two together and substract it from 180 to get your third angle.

Sum of all the angles of a triangle is equal to 180 degrees.

According to this,

15 deg + 85 deg + unknown angle = 180 degrees...
Hence, unknown angle, x = 180-(15+85)
=> x = 80 degrees.
