my best friend is also bi and i really like her. she is awsome nad we have so much in common. she always says that she loves me like a sister but sometimes i catch her looking at me and then she'll look away really fast and its not like im hott or anything. should i tell her? how can i get her to like me back? what the hell should i do!?!?!?

I think that you should just talk to her and tell her how u feel. If you have to write her a note then do that i know it may seem childish but saying is always easier that doing and it maybe hard to tell her face to face. But i really think that you should tell her.
And once you do email me and let me know what happend!!!
