without finishing the task of eliminating talibans in Afghanistan, waging war against Iraq was a blunder .this is time to withdraw troops and continue the war on terrorists in Afghanistan.

Actually Cora, the attacks began in 1977. It wasn't until recent years that we became proactive. Some may think I'm a nut for this possible scenario, but I believe there is a longer view at work. If we are able to get Iraq up and running, we will have a very stabilizing influence on the neighboring countries in the region. Iran will see the west means business and settle down. Israel will likely not be attacked by Iran and we can live another so many years until the radical fundamentalist Islamics start up again.
I don't think many take the threat Iran poses seriously enough. The leadership, specifically that nut old Mahmoud, thinks he has personally been appointed to bring forth the hidden Imam. The guy is a lunatic and we can't assume he is rational. Iran is worried, they just yesterday blocked YouTube. What do they fear?

USA war machinery is unlikely stopable at this point. The media has created mass hysteria against everything that could endanger World Peace (NWO), and the democratic mayority is ready to hate anything that is being pointed toward. The groups on power in USA are rubbing their hands, calculating the profit of the next war(s). Human casualties and suffering on either side, are not their concerne.
Everything is ready for the all or nothing selfeating USA foreign policy. One day it will reach a dead end, but not against Iran...

In my opinion, the question I would ask is "When is Bush happy with the money he has?" Because of the war, gas prices have shot up. And bush has stock in oil, and he has and oil rig in texas. So as long as the war keeps going, he's going to be making more money! If he's that hard up for money, why doesn't he just get a job? Or sell crap on ebay?? I mean, that's how we have to make our money, why can't he make his the same way we do?
I guess in a way, Bush might think that because he served in the military, he's going to make those that are in it, serve as well. And the best way to have peace, and security over there, is if there weren't as many soldiers. I read somewhere, that the men over there feel threatened that we want to give the woman the same rights that we have in the us, which would be nice, but it isn't their belief. And the woman want the same rights as we have, but their men won't allow it. I don't know what the hell they're on to be making 11 and 12 yo learning to be snipers, or suicide bombers. They're only making it worse for themselves. Maybe if they left the children out of the whole situation, and let them be kids, the gov wouldn't have such a fixation on staying over there.

Even if we "Win" the war in Iraq...wich i would assume would involve bringing stability and government to the region...wich very well may NEVER happen, it still doesnt end the "war on terror". The war is like the war on drugs, its a never ending money making machine for the government and companies like Halliburton and those like the President and VP who have major investments in said companies. Its all a hoax and what it is time for is for the common man to stop killing each other for the rich.

Yes. End it by WINNING. MacArthur said "In war, there is no substitute for winning". Some people seem to have forgotten that.
