Your right..it is hard to find..and i'm surprised that the website doesn't have it...you should just try to go to the Outback resturant and asking for the nutritional facts...seeing that it is a chain resturant hopefully they have it...but i think the reason they don't post nutritional facts on the web is because menus do vary from resturant to resturant!!

every restaurant has to provide a nutritional info on all food if asked here's their web site with a link to their nutritional info. Hope this helps

did you look the brand up on the internet on their home page and submit that question directly to the companey which makes the bread?
