Why should the fact that a person is Latino matter? If a player is good enough to make it in the NFL, then they'll be picked up by somebody.

The NFL is only interested in excellent football players. Nothing else matters to them. And it shouldn't.
The NFL is all about winning games and making money. It would be stupid and against their interests to use racism as a criteria for hiring. As it is for any small or big business that wants to succeed.

They are free to try out like all other races. They need to do what it takes to get noticed in college or as a walk on. EEO in the NFL

If they are good enough players, a draft will swoop him up so fast. They don't care if your Russian if u are a good player the more good players a hell of a better team u have. Common Sense brings in $ when u win. Every league from grade school to pro is about the $.

The NFL is based on skills and talent. I believe that all people have equal chance of being in the NFL if they work hard and are talented, no matter what their ethnicity.
So, the answer is not really.

As long as there's LATINOS who are willing and able to play, they will play... any lack of LATINOS is due to them pursuing other endeavors.

there are so many of other races playing, i would also like to see more asians playing to perhaps. but yes latinos should definelty play.

I don't think race should have anything to do with it.
The best players should be there.
I don't care if they are white, black, tan, red or purple.
