The correct answer is d. Also i would like to add that the single replacement reaction occurs as a result of getting more stable product than the reactants. You can predict such type of reactions by electrochemistry or by just inspection which can be made on the basis that such a reaction will take place when a gas is being evolved or a more stable precipitate is being formed.

the answer is B, however any non-metal can also replace another non-metal. D is also true, but if I had to pick one answer, I would go with B.
