Divination is the occultic practice of ascertaining information by supernatural means...usually involving interpretation of tarot cards, runes etc. Divination has nothing to do with chance...or else it will be called guessing.
So no, the lottery is not divination, nor is voting for someone.

My three so much used varieties of Divination are the Tarot and feature been utilising quite a lot of playing cards given that 1973. Cloud scrying, I have performed that given that I started my Wiccan direction in 1971. And the pendulum, Also used given that 1971. The pendulum is OK for a sure or no reply, Cloud scrying offers me imagery of a visible nature however the interpretation is VERY subjective and problematic to interpret. Tarot appears to be probably the most correct instrument in that it immediately addresses my questions, offers the main points extra fully and is way less difficult to interpret.
