I seem to remember it's rap.
Actually in bio class we did an expt. which showed that rap affects a lot of plant and animal rhythms. We actually exposed hamsters to rap music and they started to breathe strangely and their hearts palpitated.

Sir Subash Chandra Bose told the plants;s response to the sounds a long ago. No doubt The Rap type of music kills the plants. The sound pollution is as equal as the human beings and living beings. We can observe it in the trees beside the high ways and the calm trees in the woods. The trees beside the highways and in the cities experience the sound polluiton n where as those in the woods dont do it so. There is striking difference between the woods and the thre road side ones.

Both. The one that plants grow to is smooth, soft music without ANY beat. Things like classical music and smooth rock.

umm... I remember death metal being fairly efficient as a psychological weapon.
I know a teacher who during detentions blasts the stuff slipping on some Bose earmuffs and listening to his own music not allowing the students to leave there seats or turning off the music. after a straight hour shot most students ceased being troublemakers.
