ok well not to be rude but the main thing is changing eating habits and the whole family has to be involved not just her. throw away the sweets chips and junk buy healthy foods. after dinner take a walk the whole family not just her, if its cold out side put in an exersize video that is ment for kids and the whole family do them with her. that way your not just ruling her out or making her feel that exersize is a punishment she should enjoy exersizing not feel like she is forced to it if she is forced to it she wont want to do it, so make it fun exersize with her you be her exersize buddy. it will be fun for her to have that time with you and i think it might even be fun for you to have that extra time with her.

It is going to take some work, but you can do it. Replace all your junk with fruit and veggies. keep cut up fruits and cut up veggies on hand for snacking. Keep apples on the table for easy access. Get active with her. Make it a family thing. Excercise is hard even for adults, so you will have better luck playing games, like basketball or kicking a soccer ball around the yard. Actually anything to get her moving. Don't make an issue out of her weight. You can just say that the family needs to do more fun things together. It's an excellent way to bring the family together as well as make you all healthier. Good luck.

Why on earth does this BABY have to lose weight by a certain date? You will not put this child on a 'diet'! Cook healthy foods for her, pack healthy lunches (no school lunch) heavy on the fruits and veggies use whole grains. Occasional sweets are fine! Enroll her in sports or activities she enjoys. Tell her every day that she is beautiful and bright and that you love her and are so proud of the person she is. Praise her efforts toward a healthy lifestyle and do it with her!

You have to change alot of things for everyone in the house, no more junk food, sodas fruit juices, try and find healthy recipes to cook, encourage her to drink water and do the same so she follows you, and make family exercise time, make it fun such as kickball, volleyball, walking in the park, riding bikes, make it a habit, also make a appointment with a dietician they can help, good luck!! First thing to keep in mind is that loosing more than 2 pounds per week can be unhealthy and hard on the body.
Main thing is to try and cut caloric intake, and try to get her to stay active, aka dont sit and watch tv, play video games etc..
Contact a dietician to help you as a mother make better meals and monitor what your daughter is eating.
Keep in mind you dont want to impose that she is fat. Society puts enough pressure on young children to be skinny, as this could result in mental problems (such as bulmia/aneroxia) later in life as an adolescent

Make sure she is eating healthy and not a lot of junk food, getting enough exercise, drinking plenty of water (which maintains a healthy body weight) and getting enough sleep (which also helps greatly). If none of these work, then you should take her to the doctor.
Hope that helped :)

challenging and it takes time, proper planning, consistent follow through and patience.
good nutrition starts from the responsible elders/adults/grown ups at home. it is not easy but if you persist, i'm pretty sure that your kid can lose some weigh and be healthy.
