Have you ever seen anything that convinced you that the Bible must be true?

Can you think back to a time when you saw an angel or a miracle or anything of this nature occur right in front of you that convinced you the Bible must be true?

I asked for a sign once, opened my Bible and blindly touched my finger to the page and got a plain answer to my prayer.
I prayed a lot for a family member and was outside one day and a doe walked into the field behind my house.It just stood and looked at me. I knew everything would be OK. I've never seen one before or since then.
I had a dream where an angel opened a curtain and showed me a dot of light which got bigger and bigger. As it got bigger the love from it got stronger and so amazing I woke up and cried. It was the love of God. Could tell of more. Believe and you will receive.

Reading the Bible convinces me it is true, there is no other set of books like it- the words of Jesus, the prophecy that has come true and is coming true before our eyes, psalms and proverbs, the incredible history of the Jews as well as other people and nations, the historical asides throughout....and yes I have seen miracles like healing and God providing for my family before my eyes..but my faith comes from reading and hearing the Word and knowing that wisdom within it is not found anywhere else. Hey read it, it's the best way to spend your time!!

I am only giving my opinion here so don't get mad if you disagree but miracles have nothing to do with the bible. Jesus was a man who wanted people to do right by eachother but I don't believe he was the son of God I just think he was a good guy that became famous. The bible is a book. Thats it.

I just saw a story that there might be water on Mars, maybe life. What happens to the bible stories then?

Weak minded people need to believe in the bible, they need to be told to be afraid of God so they will behave decently. They need heaven and hell to determine how they behave. As it has been from the time the book was made up.

Hi Ron,
I am a Christian woman in Texas, I died a year ago after giving birth to my fifth son. When I died, I met an angel who bathed me and took me to see Jesus, he was beautiful, he iminated light beyond belief, he was peace, love and happiness, he healed me and told me to walk back out of the light and go back home, I did not want to at alll, but I did what he said, and I went back, I am now well and raising my children, it was an experience I will never ever forget, not for one minute, Jesus looked just like he does in all the pictures, with long hair and a beard and a white robe, I have never felt such freedom of the soul and body as I did that day. I believe that all of it is real, I hope you will also, why take a chance of going to hell for eternity. All you have to do is give your life to him and ask him into your heart. Donna

working in the medical field, ive seen medical miracles, but never seen a "true" miracle happen in front of me.

One day you walk down the street, you look at the moon. You gaze at the stars. You wonder how did we get here how was the world created? You look at your hands and say, "these hands can create things, these hands can feel." The human body is an amazing thing. For every amazing thing their is a creator. Do you know who your creator is? All you have to do is look in your heart and you will know your creator is god.
