put a small amount of baking soda in water and drink it. it will make you burp but it will do the trick. don't over do it or you will cause harm. Milk also works because of the calcium.

Apple cider vinegar is a natural antiacid because acid reflux is frequently the result of low stomach acid secretions,whenever you experience heart burn take a tablespoon of Virgin (unrefined)apple cider vinegar in a glass of water (you can add honey for taste) and wait for half an hour before meals if it gives you relief that tells you you have low stomach acid is low and you should take a digestive enzyme with hydrochloric acid or pepsin.

the baking soda trick is a good one milk will work but at least for me i have an ulcer and the doc told me not to drink milk for upset stomach because milk contains lactic acid also just like we have in our stomach now so when the milky part dissolves it leaves behind more stomach acid

cuccumber is one which reduces acidity other than that u can take pulse soaked with water over night and then mixed with one tea spoon of honey copuious water will also cut down acidity

Red apples are supposed to reduce stomach acid.
