Amber - whomever you vote for, please exercise your right to vote.
Too many people (of all ages) are not taking part in the democratic process.
Democracy only works when we do.
Now, on to your question:
I don't know.
It is too early to tell and besides, the people I'd like to see as president are too smart to run or might possibly be eliminated in the primary elections.
By this time next year, we'll have a full slate of candidates to choose from.
By March 2008, it will resemble leftovers from some feast and we'll have to pick and choose amongst the remaining candidates.
Most likely, I'll find some candidate that I agree with on 60% of the issues.
In my years of voting, I've never voted straight ticket (for just one party) or found a candidate that was 100% for everything I believed in.
Politics, after all, is the art of compromise!

Though not many people know about him, the governor of New Mexico, Bill Richardson, is an ideal candidate for president. He has served in the House of Representatives, as Ambassador to the United Nations, and as Secretary of Energy. He has shown that he cares about America's armed forces, pushing through a measure to make New Mexico the first state to offer $400,000 in life insurance to members of the New Mexico National Guard. He is also of Mexican descent, which would probably ensure better cooperation with such recalcitrant South American countries as Nicaragua and Cuba.
That being said, the elections are still a long way off, and anything can happen.
Richardson '08!

I will vote for the person that I feel will do the best for the country. It is too early for me to pick a person, a lot can happen, people can peak early then fade, the person who becomes president may not even be in the news much yet. Good Luck in your first election.

You should always keep yourself informed. Look at the issues, how each canidate stands on the issue( yes, they sometimes lie), do your research. See how they voted on the issues , and don't believe everything you here on the news. Good luck!

Gubernatorials and Primaries preceed general Elections. Right now all parties are still conducting nominations and until those endorsements are completed, noone can say whom they will be voting for.
Try again later.

You should vote for the person that believes we are all in this together and not every man for himself.

Mitt Romney, he is the only politician who has shown that he can clearly work with both sides to get things done.

The stage has not be set yet. We know their will be a play however we don't know who that actors will be. One key thing you might want to do is listen to what their views are and then decide.

No one has been nominated yet, so there are no candidates. I can tell you this, though: I won't be voting for any Democrats.
