I've asked a lot of the girls I know about this and they all have told me different things. But the one thing that has shown to be the truest is that they are trying to see what kind of man you are by your appearance. It kind of goes hand in hand with the idea "first impressions are everything". If you are a meek, nerdy looking frail guy, you are less likely to be physically attractive to a woman and she most likely will not contact you again unless she thinks you're an intellectual. However, if you happen to be more muscular and handsome, you are most likely physically attractive and appealing. In other words, you'll be more likely to hear from her sooner. Unless of course, she wants the brainy guy I described earlier.

1. She finds you attractive.
2. She reminds you of someone she knows.
3. You have something on your face.
