There are two ways to circumvent this. One, let some words come to your mind. As they come you write down on a piece of paper or on your note book.Two, let a particular piece of thought grip you. When this happens, you select the words that aptly describe your feelings.Then start weaving them into sentences, following some rules, for example, that of rhyming, not using definite articles too much. Minimize words while revising. You will end up writing a good poem. Try. Best of luck.

Just have a relax because too much thinking will bring you to stress. Have a self-confidence. Try to read materials which has a connection of your subject.
