Three ways are there to do same thing.

1) First which has told by almost all users that GotoTools/Internet Options/then Clear History (try to keep History day at 0), delete cookies, delete offline contents.

2) Go to my computer right click on C:\ (or where ur browser is installed) then click properties, you will see a "Disk Cleanup" option click it. and remove all files.

3) Goto c:\windows\temporary internetfiles\ and delete all of them.

Just see the difference of speed.

Browsers temporarily store Internet files in a “cache” folder which enables you to quickly access websites you have recently visited. When this folder becomes full, your browser may become significantly slower or it may “crash.” We recommend that you clear (or “purge”) the contents of the cache folder regularly. You can delete the files in this folder manually, or you can follow the directions below to have your browser do it automatically
