smokers chatroom?

How would like if us smokers took your rights as a beer drinker away from you and shut down every dang bar,store,club,gas station ect. from you non-smokers.you would not like that at all.so since you people want to take my smoking rights away from me,I'm going to take your drinking rights away from you.I'm calling for a no drinking ban!!!!!!!!!

it doesn't hurt sitting next to a drunk.your wrong!! the smell of beer stinks makes me sick to my stomach.drunks also become phyical and mental abusers.So don't say sitting next to a person who drinks can't hurt you,cause it can!!!!

Yeah, but if I am sitting next to someone who is drinking I am not going to get sick and die from their beer. I do agree however, drinking is no good either, too many drunk drivers out there.

Only problem with that is too many politicians drink. So they aren't going to ban their own vices. It's doesn't matter that the pollution from other things such as cars, cow farting etc is also causing the problem. Just blame it on the smokers. But don't outlaw smoking all together because that would be tax money lost.

I live in California, the land of brown skies and rapidly dwindling skylines. We're all sucking wind anyway, but at least I have a filter. The laws governing the places I can enjoy a smoke are becoming as numerous as they are annoying.

The Government was charged with clearly outlined duties as explained exhaustively within the Federalist Papers and I personally feel it can screw itself on a big, fat rod of bogus paternal theory if it thinks this line of legislation is one of them.
