I used to work at Payless, they have an extremely liberal return policy. If you have your reciept, they will give you a full refund.

I buy my son's shoes from Payless but I can't find any that fit my 20 month daughter at that store. I have to order her shoes because she has such wide feet and an insanely high arch. She has been in Crocs all summer and a thong style of sandal. I'm waiting to order her shoes until I know that she can wear them for more than a month. I think Payless shoes are a lot better than Wal-Mart or K-Mart shoes. I don't care where their shoes come from right now as long as they fit. When their feet stop growing every 2 months, I might purchase name brand shoes if they want them because, honestly, they do last longer and are more comfortable. I, myself, can not wear any generic shoe. I have feet like my daughter and I only like New Balance.
