Interesting comparison, but it'd have to be Ultron easily as the victor. He constantly updates himself (although i think his base programming stays to some degree) vs Metallo who is a human brain in a synthetic body (which means his goals can change from time to time). And usually for the last decade+, Metallo only seems to be written as someone who is committing crimes to obtain more kryptonite or is given kryptonite by someone in exchange for doing their bidding. This is very different from Ultron who has been a very major villain with multiple major accomplishments/storyline advancements (in the context of the Marvel universe) through his efforts to destroy humanity (ie-creation of the Vision, creation of Jocasta, Henry Pym's psychological problems, the Secret Wars, etc). Plus I think Ultron could reprogram Metallo and take over his body even if Metallo's mind could still be cognizant.

This is interesting....
Metallo and Ultron are probably close in physical ability, stamina and durability... but Ultron wins this because a recent version has a hive-mind, allowing him to control hundreds of alternate Ultron bodies at the same time, thusbecoming a robotic one-man army.

Metallo would win because I read that his Kryptonite heart has a healing towards his machine body like if you cut Metallos arm it could reprogram his arm back to him. Metallo can control other machines as well. Ultron doesn't have a chance against Metallo.

Ultron, no contest. Nothing Metallo can do is going to dent Ultron's adamantium hide. Wouldn't be long before his little kryptonite heart got melted or crushed or something.

Definitely, gotta give this one to Ultron. Metallo has nothing that can penetrate Adamantium.
