Disregard the part about the meter. Just connect the jumper and sit in the driver's seat and turn the key to "ON" but don't start it. Pay close attention to the "Check Engine" light and don't space off. If you do, or get interrupted, turn the key off for > 20 seconds and start over again.

sounds like allot of things:( with my aurora it was the fuel pump but it could be timing among may other things, my suggestion would be have it put on a computer it worth the 45-50 to have it done:)

it could be??????? convinced it could be quite some issues yet first commence with the terminal ends if no longer that then replace the battery if no longer that bypass to the solenoid then to the starter its a way of illumination

check the fire at the plugs and is it getting gas.you might check the gas filter,to make sure it isnt plugged.

starter engine is frozen, you need to give it a couple of hard taps then try to start it...
