Over the summer i gained a lot of pounds!
Now the dance is comming and i don't want to look fat!
How can i lose a few pounds in 1 month???
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

there's the 3 a day fruit plan. Breakfast:
1 piece of high-carb fruit (banana, large pear, ½ mango)
total: varies

Lunch:
1 piece high-fiber fruit (apple, plums, ½ cup berries)
total: varies

Dinner:
1 piece citrus fruit (orange, small grapefruit, tangerine, 2 clementines)
total: varies

total: 220- 310 calories, 1 gm fat

do that for about a week

Drink a lot of water, make 5 few tiny meals at day in that way your metabolism is going to work faster than usual, i also recommend to use small dishes and to eat far from TV.you should be very conscious of what you are eating. tou can also make a walk or some kind or routine to burn calorieis.

in the past month i lost ten (from a size 7/9 to a 5) pounds by REALLY watching what i eat and REALLY participating in PE and Running for 20 minutes everyother day. (i ate 2 small meals a day and a snack NO SODA burgers anything you eat in a car generally is out!)

Try the Cabbage Diet. Goggle the recipe. It works if followed correctly. you can lose 15-17 pounds in one week.

the beast way is to walking
and go on a 1000 cl for a day if you will walk for 1 hr 2
times a day u will loss faster than you thank you can

keep to a healthy diet.. remember to eat 6 times a day in small portions to help speed metabolism up.always remember to excerise.as well..

Not good long term...but try no to low carbs (green veggies are okay)...good protein and lots and lots and lots of water...happy peeing and good luck!
