Ah, one usurper versus another...!
Well, Deathbird has no long range energy blasting powers (unless they have upgraded her VERY recently.) Blackfire has no flight capability. But let's suppose that we give Blackfire a flight ring and Deathbird a laser pistol.
(I am NOT going to cop out by suggesting that they go yuri together...!)
The charge on the laser pistol must be finite. As long as there is sunlight, Komanr'd will have her powers.
Deathbird's weak point is her wings. I think that she would be able to take Komand'r down IF she could reach her in hand to hand combat, but I think that Komand'r is too cagey to let Cal'syee into close quarters.
Having said that, I think that Blackfire will slice the wings off Deathbird when she is still at high altitude, and the usurper of the Shi'ar throne will find herself having an up close and personal encounter with the ground.

Blackfire all the way. She not only has the warrior training but she has raw power at her command as well. Deathbird has no real defense against her. Both are equally evil but I gotta back Blackfire.
