As long as it's genuine enthusiasm in something that interests you, or if you're having fun with the people you're with, and don't completely dominate the conversation, I wouldn't think it annoying, and that can be a desirable trait. If, however, it's an attempt to impress others without sincerity, or you allow no one to speak, it could be considered abrasive. Only you know which applies to you, but, based on my experience, it does seem like you might be a good compliment to your more subdued love interest.

Theres nothing wrong with being enthusiastic when your in the company of people that your mentally compatible with. Im like that, but if Im with people who I have nothing in common with I just switch off and can come across as being bored and lethargic. Hey, dont worry unless you turn into Keith Chegwin!!!!! lol. He is the most annoying enthusiastic person on the planet! How can he be so happy running around on G.M.T.V in the freezing cold? If he turned up on my doorstep with the £10,000 check, I'd probably say" Thanks Keith, but will you p*** off now as Im going back to bed! lol.

Well, not its not but when I see enthusiastic nerds in class who don't allow others to speak and keep on proving themselves super intelligent, its annoying and I can't stand.
You sound like a really sweet girl. So, pal don't worry. Enthusiasm is good when you don't interfere in other people's development (like what I said above) but you certainly are nice and sound that you really care about people.

I find enthusiastic people rewarding to deal with. I mean when it's overly much I guess it could be annoying, but a generally enthusiastic attitude is one that leads to success in my mind.

not for me it isn't.
for me, there's nothing better than a person i can spend time with who makes me excited, and who gets excited about things i say or do....

but there can be things annoying about that kind of behavior if it's not really all that genuine, and you just get excited over any little old thing -- like lip gloss or a cat's birthday.

you don't seem annoying to me......
it seems like a good kind of enthusiastic.

I find enthusiastic people very refreshing and to have one in your life means rewards by the millions. My aunt is a fresh breath of air and i've never once in my life seen her unhappy. She keeps me moving. You keep on being that shiny diamond and pay no attention to the people who wish they could be you.
