Debateably, the worst president we have ever had... so I would have to say 9.5, he is not 100% bad, but almost. We should be praying for him though, even if we think he is doing a poor job.

2/10 President Bush is doing an outstanding job with home security and our financial situation despite having the largest terrorist attack on our soil and one of the largest natural disasters. I think he needs to do more in fighting the liberal media in getting out the positives of his administration. The stock market is at all time highs (dow). The unemployment rate is near all time lows. More people own their own house now than ever in history. We are helping other countries fight AIDS and rebuilding after huge natural disasters (we lead the way in money given to help other countries in need). The Iraq war is freeing millions of people who never had rights. There is much need to be done in Iraq but we never get to see the positives due to the liberal media. I think history will prove he is doing a good job. STRANGE SCALE, USUALLY 10 IS BEST AND 1 IS WORST.

I am so not a Bush fan, but here's how I think it stacks up.

He was great in rallying the country after September 11. Up until his "wanted dead or alive" speech anyway. The photo op at the ruined towers was inspired. So give him a 2.

At best, he invaded Iraq on flimsy evidence. At worst, he lied cynically to get us into a war that is going to do us no good and is going to cost us years and years of unnecessary debt. Give him a 10.

He has some very good ideas about immigration and living as Mexico's neighbor. Give him a 2.

He has squandered just about every remaining shred of good will toward us and has created more enemies for us. Give him a 10

And he's definitely going to leave the world a worse place than it was in when he took office. Give him a 10.

So the average is about 7. Wow. I'm surprised it's that good.

109 because he is not only the most brain dead President we have ever had, but he is more careless and unaware than I am. And I spent four years in the Air Force and made it to e-2, the "e" is not for elite.
Bush on the other had, failed to make it in the Military. He was honorably discharged with "Inability to be present to receive orders." He was almost judged a failure, but he was the son of a war hero, so the military gave him a brand spanking new empty discharge paper and told him to get it filled out by a family lawyer, and a little known fact is that everyone who knew Bush Jr in the Military was conveniently sent to Vietnam and required to report to the Brainwash Specialty Administrative Department of (redacted).
Mr. W. Bush was the funniest one liner joke teller in Basic Training and champion(redacted) of all time.
