It's just an item for decorating your home. I've seen people use them to make interesting patterns on their floors.

Try selling it on Ebay! Or try selling it to a jewellery shop that buys jewellery or a pawn shop.
or give it to a female relative or your significant other ;)
You can also try being the good samaritan and return it to a local police station, I'm sure there's some sort of reward, also, if no one claims it you can keep it! It's a win win situation!

One thing you cant do is wear them which i think is crazy. You can either put them in your house or if you avertise a yard sale you could put it in there
